Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the package.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
